I think it is normal and sometimes healthy to be at crossroads, to self examine and have anxieties and so on, as you consider your endeavours in life. It is important to convert such feelings into positive energy towards wellness of mind and resolve to pursue a progressive trajectory, with success and excellence as your goal.

 In my view, the fire that keeps your vision burning must be the passion that you have for your endeavour based on a deep understanding, zeal and spirit of innovation and improvement in that regard. Knowing that there is space for you and others in your area of endeavour is an essential element of your sustainable development strategy.

 Collaboration and other ever evolving techniques that give quality to your passion should be actively pursued so that your mind is being constantly refreshed for growth.

 Someone recently told me, “ If your passion resides deep enough within you, you are unstoppable because it renews all the time, surprising many, including yourself!”.

 I thought that was a profound statement, worth sharing with colleagues!
