Reflection can be a useful tool in the journey towards achievement of personal and organizational goals. It is an essential practice that must be approached with intention.

Often, we set goals, only to review our performance when the period for achievement of results has lapsed. Meaningful periodic review and reflection on performance is relegated to second fiddle, thereby depriving ourselves of timely and strategic intervention that could be the game changer.
