There is no space for individuals to be consumed by illusions of grandeur, which makes them think that they have power which they actually don’t have, because all that does, is set a team several steps backwards.

Strategic use of information, authority and opportunity is the key to moving forward. It is important to be cognizant of the fact that if there is a crack in the team, no matter where, there will be a proportionate negative impact on team performance and delivery.
